What Is a Champions for Life School
A Champions for Life School is a school committed to building a culture of movement and wellbeing across all grade levels. By offering our four signature programs (Little Champions, Champions in Motion, PE Champions, and RECESS Champions) these schools provide students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 with daily opportunities to develop fundamental movement skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of physical activity.
Our goal is to expand access to comprehensive, evidence-based solutions that help all students, regardless of ability or background, move more and move better.
In a Champions for Life School:
- Movement is embedded into the classroom (Little Champions)
- Structured, skill-building activities happen before/after school (Champions in Motion)
- Teachers deliver curriculum-aligned PE lessons with ready-to-use resources (PE Champions)
- Recess becomes an opportunity for leadership, inclusion, and active play (RECESS Champions)
- By introducing our programs school-wide, we help create more inclusive, active, and health-promoting school environments—one movement at a time.
- Form (for Champions for Life School)
